About the Position

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Kindergarten Homeroom/ESL Teacher to join our international kindergarten in Yiwu, Zhejiang Province.

Key Responsibilities

Teach Homeroom and ESL classes to kindergarten students.
Create a warm, safe, and stimulating learning environment.
Develop age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
Monitor and document children's developmental progress.
Communicate regularly with parents about student progress.
Participate in school events and professional development activities.
Demonstrate teaching skills through a demo class (required during application).

Requirements

- Education: BA or higher, English or Education majors preferred - Age: 21-55 years old - Experience: 2 years kindergarten teaching experience - Language: Native English speakers required - Certification: TEFL/TESOL preferred; Teaching License is preferred - Passion for early childhood education - Patient, creative, and energetic personality

Benefits Package

- Monthly salary: ¥20,000 - ¥25,000 (before tax) - Salaries could exceed this limit for candidates with Master's/PhD or 10+ years experience - Contract renewal bonus: 70% of monthly salary upon renewal - Flight allowance: RMB 6,000 - 8,000 upon completion of one-year contract - Free furnished apartment with appliances, internet & Wi-Fi; or ¥2,500/month housing allowance - Food allowance: ¥400/month - Paid Holidays: Winter vacation (~1 month), Christmas, May Day, National Day - Insurance, Work permit, Residence permit arranged and paid by school
