### Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and qualified Native English Speaker to join our English department. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality English instruction, fostering a love for literature and language, and supporting students in achieving their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Teach English courses to high school students (focus on speaking, writing, reading, and critical thinking).

* Prepare lesson plans that are engaging, student-centered, and aligned with curriculum standards.

* Assess student progress through assignments, exams, and constructive feedback.

* Participate in school meetings, professional development workshops, and extracurricular activities.

* Collaborate with Chinese colleagues to support student holistic development.

* Assist with school events and international cultural exchange activities.

### Qualifications & Requirements

* Nationality: Native English speaker from UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or Ireland (Required for Work Visa).

* Education:

* Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Education, Literature, or a related field.

* Master's degree or PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education) is highly preferred and will be considered for the upper end of the salary scale.

* Certification: Valid teaching license from home country or TEFL/TESOL certificate (120+ hours).

* Experience: Minimum of 2 years of full-time teaching experience in a school setting.

* Skills: Strong classroom management skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with educational technology.

* Background: Clean criminal record check and good health.

Compensation & Benefits

* **Salary:** 22,000 – 27,000 RMB per month (Pre-tax), negotiable based on qualifications (Master's/PGCE holders preferred for higher bracket).
