Band Teacher - Orchestral Music

Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Band/Orchestral Music Teacher to develop and lead our music program across all grade levels (K-12), fostering musical excellence and appreciation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach orchestral music and band instruction to students K-12

• Direct school band and orchestra ensembles

• Organize and lead musical performances and concerts

• Prepare students for music examinations and competitions

• Develop curriculum aligned with international music education standards

• Manage music program resources and instruments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Music Education, Performance, or related field

• Proficiency in multiple orchestral instruments

• Experience conducting bands and orchestras

• Strong classroom management and instructional skills

• Passion for developing young musicians

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: 30,000-35,000 RMB/month (pre-tax)

• Start Date: August 2026
