We are seeking a talented Band/Orchestral Music Teacher to develop and lead our music program across all grade levels (K-12), fostering musical excellence and appreciation.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach orchestral music and band instruction to students K-12
Direct school band and orchestra ensembles
Organize and lead musical performances and concerts
Prepare students for music examinations and competitions
Develop curriculum aligned with international music education standards
Manage music program resources and instruments
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Music Education, Performance, or related field
Proficiency in multiple orchestral instruments
Experience conducting bands and orchestras
Strong classroom management and instructional skills
Passion for developing young musicians
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: 30,000-35,000 RMB/month (pre-tax)
