About the Position

Beijing Kaivin Academy is currently seeking passionate and qualified educators to join our Secondary School team. We are looking for dedicated teachers for our Science and Mathematics departments to deliver our AP curriculum.

We are looking for individuals who are committed to academic excellence and student growth in an international school setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Science or Mathematics aligned with the AP (Advanced Placement) curriculum standards.

• Student Assessment: Evaluate student progress through various assessment methods and provide constructive feedback to support learning.

• Classroom Management: Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for secondary school students.

• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and administration to support the holistic development of students.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree or higher in the relevant subject area (Science or Mathematics) or Education.

• Experience: Prior teaching experience in an international school or AP program is highly preferred.

• Language: Proficiency in English is required (instruction is in English).

• Skills: Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching secondary-level students.

• Competitive Salary: RMB 30,000 – 35,000 per month (Pre-tax).
