Position Overview

We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Female English Teacher to teach high school students. The ideal candidate should be young, energetic, and passionate about education with proven teaching experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach English to high school students with focus on speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills

- Prepare engaging lesson plans and teaching materials appropriate for students' proficiency levels

- Create a positive and interactive learning environment

- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback

- Participate in school activities, events, and professional development sessions

- Collaborate with Chinese teachers and staff to enhance student learning outcomes

- Provide cultural exchange opportunities for students

Requirements

- Nationality: Native English speakers

- Gender: Female

- Age: Young and energetic candidates preferred

- Education: Bachelor's degree or above (in any field)

- Certification: TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate (120 hours minimum preferred)

- Experience: Prior teaching experience required (ESL/EFL teaching experience preferred)

- Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Package

- Monthly Salary: 22,000 - 27,000 RMB (pre-tax), based on qualifications and experience

- Flight Allowance: 12,000 RMB (provided upon completion of contract)

- Contract Completion Bonus: 20,000 RMB (for successful completion of 1-year contract)

- Food Allowance: 200 RMB/month
